James Stevens, Co-President, a civil engineering graduate of Stanford University, owned a company in Mexico which built luxury residences, condominiums, resorts, factories, theaters, hospitals. He's constructed in Dallas since 1979 and oversees all projects on a daily basis.
Judy Cunningham, Co-President, became a partner in 1992. She manages the administration, communications and personnel functions, and negotiates and controls project costs.
